When does the hourly time begin?
There is no charge for our trip to your pickup location. Your moving time begins when the crew starts working.
How is drive time calculated?
For nearby locations within approximately 15 minutes, we charge the actual moving time. For longer distances between pickup and drop-off, California double drive time may apply, and we explain it before booking.
Do stairs cost extra?
We do not add a separate stair fee. Stairs can increase the total time needed to complete the move.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the end of the move. We accept cash, card, Zelle, and Venmo.
